1. Definitions of Dispositions
A disposition is the recorded outcome of a purchased lead or appointment.
Disposition Period
- Buyers may dispute a lead (no appointment) for up to 3 days after purchzxase.
- Buyers may disposition an appointment (“appt”) within 4 hours of the scheduled time.
- If no action is taken within 4 hours, the appointment is automatically marked Held.
- If no disposition or evidence is submitted within these timeframes, The Lead Marketplace’s automatic outcome will be final.
Leads
- Sold Lead – The buyer successfully connected with the prospect using the provided contact details.
- Disputed / Cancelled – The buyer could not connect with the prospect within 3 days of attempts.
Appointments – Setter Dispositions
- Rescheduled – The prospect rescheduled. If the buyer cannot attend, they must contact support. The disposition period stays open until final outcome.
- Update – Setter provides new or corrected lead details. The Lead Marketplace will review the update and notify the buyer accordingly.
- Cancelled – The prospect cancels before the appointment time.
Appointments – Buyer Dispositions
- Held – The buyer attended the scheduled appointment, or 4 hours have passed since the scheduled time (auto-marked Held).
- Missed – The buyer failed to attend the scheduled appointment, even though contact details were valid.
- No Show – The prospect failed to attend.
- Cancelled – The prospect cancels within 10 minutes after the appointment start time. Fraudulent cancellations are strictly prohibited.
- Rescheduled – The prospect rescheduled; the disposition period continues until final outcome.
- Credit/Insurance Fail – The lead is invalid because the prospect does not qualify (e.g., failed credit check or insurance coverage requirement).
2. Setter Reschedule Policy
Abusive or manipulative reschedules are strictly prohibited.
- Setters may not reschedule appointments to non-business hours (9pm – 9am) without prior approval from The Lead Marketplace.
- Setters may not reschedule appointments to the same day as the original appointment time without prior approval from The Lead Marketplace.
- Buyers must notify The Lead Marketplace within 4 hours of the new setter-updated appointment time if they are unable to attend the new appointment time.
3. Financial Outcomes
- Sold Lead / Held / Missed – Buyer’s payment is captured; setter earnings are released (minus platform fee).
- Disputed / No Show / Cancelled / Credit Fail – Payment remains on hold. The Lead Marketplace will review evidence to confirm the outcome.
- If The Lead Marketplace or the setter is able to contact the lead and confirm interest, with supporting evidence, the buyer will be charged for the lead.
- Rescheduled – Payment stays on hold until the appointment is completed.
4. Evidence Review
When a lead or appointment is marked as Disputed, No Show, Cancelled, or Credit/Insurance Fail, the buyer must submit supporting evidence. Without evidence, the disposition may be denied, and payment may still be processed.
Examples of acceptable evidence include:
- Buyer Disputes (lead only):
- Call logs showing attempts to contact the prospect over 3 days.
- Screenshots of unanswered texts or emails.
- Notes from attempted conversations.
- Supporting context that shows attempts were legitimate and not fraudulent.
- No Show (appointment):
- Map screenshots showing your location at the appointment address.
- Calendar screenshot proving the buyer attended the appointment time.
- Call or video log showing the buyer attempted to join.
- Cancelled (appointment):
- Prospect message confirming the cancellation.
- Screenshot of communication received within 10 minutes of appointment start.
- Credit/Insurance Fail:
- Documentation of declined credit application.
- Screenshot or notice of insurance ineligibility.
The Lead Marketplace may also request setter evidence to confirm or challenge a buyer’s claim. Failure to provide requested evidence may result in a decision against that party.
Setter Evidence (when requested):
- Original call recordings with the prospect.
- Screenshots or recordings proving that the prospect and buyer met at the appointment.
- Prospect messages confirming reschedules or cancellations.
Submission Requirements
- Evidence must be submitted within the disposition period (3 days for leads, 4 hours for appointments).
- Evidence must be clear, timestamped, and directly related to the disputed lead or appointment.
- The Lead Marketplace reviews evidence within and makes the final decision.
- If either party fails to provide requested evidence within the disposition period, we may decide the case against them.
- If either party’s evidence is missing, incomplete, or unverifiable, we may rule against that party.
- Evidence must be submitted through the methods designated by The Lead Marketplace (e.g., in-app upload, email to support). Evidence submitted outside of these channels may not be considered.
- All decisions are final.
Fraudulent dispositions (e.g., fabricated cancellations, falsified call logs) may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, permanent removal from the platform, and in some cases, legal action..
5. Payment Holds & Release
- Buyer funds are placed on authorization hold at purchase.
- Funds are only captured once the disposition is finalized.
- If the lead or appointment is invalid, cancelled, or fails, the authorization is released — no charge occurs.
- Because charges are not captured until confirmation, refunds are rarely needed.
- We may place a hold on funds and/or reverse transactions if fraud, disputes, or non-compliance are suspected.
- Holds remain until the matter is resolved, at our sole discretion.
- Full and partial payment reversals and refunds are decided at our sole discretion, in accordance with the user agreement and these disposition guidelines.
6. Exclusivity Period
- Leads listed on the marketplace are presumed to be exclusive unless explicitly stated otherwise by the setter in the lead’s listing title or description.
- Setters posting non-exclusive leads must clearly mark them in the listing title or description. Failure to disclose may result in forfeiture of earnings.
- Unless stated otherwise by the setter, leads must remain exclusive during the “exclusivity period.”
- The exclusivity period ends 60 days after the buyer’s disposition if the lead is dispositioned as Held, Sold Lead, or Missed.
- The exclusivity period ends immediately if the lead is dispositioned as No Show, Cancelled, or Credit/Insurance Fail.
- If dispositioned as Rescheduled, exclusivity continues until the final disposition.
7. Dispute Resolution
- In case of dispute, parties must first attempt resolution through The Lead Marketplace support team.
- Disputes will be reviewed with reference to these Guidelines, the User Agreement, transaction records, and other evidence.
- Final Authority: The Lead Marketplace reserves sole and absolute discretion to make final determinations regarding lead validity, refunds, payments, and dispute outcomes. Users agree to be bound by these decisions.
8. Summary of Responsibilities
